iContact Australia (also trades as Intuitiv) is a privately owned Australian company founded by Arthur Lagos and Bruce Gregory in 1996 and trading since 1998.

iContact Australia’s history is one of continuing growth and innovation, through building on experience and successful projects. This has enabled us to progressively expand our capabilities and scope of operations over time.

III 1998 Developed forms distribution and seminar registration applications, initially for ATO for tax agent seminars

III 2000 Developed publication ordering system, initially for ATO

III 2001 Developed grant management services / system for (then) Department of Families and Community Services

III 2003-05 Undertook 5 grant campaigns for FaCSIA

III 2006 Secure data centre hosted by TransACT implemented

III 2007 Online forms development and hosting

III 2008 icontact multichannel communication delivery service launched

WHAT WE DO NOW

iContact Australia’s experience in developing and delivering business systems and services for Federal government agencies is the foundation for current business operations.  However, iContact business processes and technologies are suitable for a wide range of public and private sector applications.

iContact Australia’s premises and secure data centre in Canberra house a fully operational call centre and IT infrastructure ready for rapid deployment.  iContact Australia maintains:

III a permanent staff of system administrators, programmers and technical staff to support our IT infrastructure

III a core business team for campaign / project management, business analysis and sales/marketing and

III flexible staffing for call centre operations and other business activities.

This means that iContact can respond quickly and efficiently to campaign or project timeframe's with the right kinds of resources at the right price.

PRINCIPALS

iContact Australia is fully owned and operated by Arthur Lagos and Bruce Gregory, both experienced company directors and entrepreneurs. They have a track record of success in consulting, business startup and business operations in the IT and telecommunications sectors over 25 years.

Both initially trained as engineers and have extensive experience working within and designing communications systems for high security environments.

After experience in a national security organisation, Arthur worked as a telecommunications consultant and sales manager for Telstra, specialising in communications solutions for Federal government.  Arthur is a founder and director of Sirius Corporation and a member of the Institute of Company Directors.

Bruce is an accredited I-RAP assessor, qualified to undertake security reviews for Federal government agencies.  He has an extensive background in national security applications, including design and implementation leadership for the SpeakEasy Government Communications Security Terminal, a key platform component for national security communications.
