III Bruce Gregory

Bruce is iContact’s Chief Technology Officer and lead consultant for technical, security and systems integration issues.  A highly qualified systems engineer, Bruce has In-depth expertise in high security systems and telecommunications.  He is a certified I-RAP assessor able to undertake security assessments for Federal government agencies.

III Arthur Lagos

Arthur is also a highly qualified systems engineer, with a background in secure telecommunications and systems, and extensive experience in managing high volume production applications and call center operations. Arthur advises on user needs analysis, business case development, financial modeling and activity-based costing.

III Kim James

Kim is a senior business analyst and solution designer, particularly in the design of business processes and “soft systems”.  She has an extensive public sector background, including senior management and IT roles and consulting assignments.  Kim leads iContact’s benchmark assessments and requirements specification, and advises on project and risk management.
