Electronic Capture Services
III Web Upload for Electronic Forms
Users who complete an iContact electronic form submit it to iContact's secure hosted service for upload. The user data is stored within the delivery file which can be as small as 100kb. This minimises network traffic and ensures capacity will be available at times of peak demand.
To maintain security, the upload site is made available to the user via the iContact Form and is never publicly advertised. The completed form is encrypted during transmission.
Users receive immediate feedback from a receipt or confirmation message, to verify the upload has been successful.
III Attachments
Clients often need to provide supporting information - plans, budgets, presentations, reports - along with a form. iContact can receive attachments and associate these with the relevant form, so that the full information set is always available for downstream business processes.
paper based capture services
III Postal Receipt
iContact Australia can arrange mail delivery to a private box or bag, collect incoming mail, open envelopes, extract mail and register or log receipt. Documents are also prepared for scanning or further processing through removal of staples, clips and creases, correct sequencing of pages etc.
Returned articles are listed in a non-delivery report which can be used to update contact lists.
III Scanning and Imaging
State-of-the-art. high resolution scanners convert paper documents into images which can be viewed online. As well as facilitating data extraction, the images provide electronic records suitable for long-term storage in your records management system and a full evidentiary trail.
Images are high quality and easily legible, with all pages complete and in correct order. Where "wet ink" signature is required as a paper supplement to an electronic lodgement, these pages can be scanned and associated with the electronic form.
Once scanned, paper documents can be boxed and archived immediately, with significant savings in paper handling storage.
III Optical Mark Recognition or Optical Character Recognition
Depending on the form layout, information can be read accurately and directly from the paper form to the electronic record via Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) or Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies, with significant savings.
III Data Keying
Fast, accurate data entry by skilled operators.
