III iContact Multichannel Communication Distribution Service
icontact is a fully hosted, automated service that packages a corporate communication or item of correspondence and delivers it to your client via the cheapest communication channel available for that client. icontact's least cost routing sends the item via email in the first instance, if the client has an email address, then cascades to fax, if fax is available, and then print-and-post, as the last and most expensive option. SMS may be used for short messages or as a supplementary channel to the primary item, such as a reminder.
If delivery via electronic channels fails for any reason, icontact automatically re-directs the item to the next available channel, usually print-and-post.
icontact is an Internet service. You need only a PC with a contemporary web browser and an Internet connection for seamless access and use.
III Electronic forms
An iContact electronic form combines all of the components needed by a user for easy completion in a single, self-contained package. No viewers, fillers or other software are required The form can be partially completed and saved, allowing the user to return many times as necessary. This means that the form need not be completed in a single session, essential where the form is complex, Internet connection may be interrupted or more than one person needs to contribute.
The electronic form can be made available from your own website or iContact’s hosted service. In either case, users will require only a standard web browser such as Internet Explorer to access and complete the form.

Clients without Internet access telephone the call centre to receive paper forms and other assistance. Requests for forms and enquiries are logged by Intiuitiv, and provide valuable reports on demand levels and emerging issues.
III Interactive Voice Recognition
Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) is available to provide pre-screening of incoming telephone calls or direct access to the desired service, such as forms request and recorded answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's).
